Temperature and Pressure Resistance: With components such as air-cooling devices, water-cooling devices, and purging devices, the level meter could operate in a wide temperature range (-40 to 400 degrees Celsius) and withstand high pressures (up to 4000KPa) by using appropriate pressure sealing components.

 

Explosion-Proof Design: The 806 radar level transmitter was designed according to the intrinsically safe Ex iaIIC T6 explosion-proof rating. The outer casing made of aluminum was connected to the earth, complying with national explosion-proof installation regulations.

 

Guided Wave Radar Technology: The level meter utilized high-frequency microwave pulses that propagated along a detection component (steel cable or steel rod). When encountering the measured media, changes in the dielectric constant caused reflections, and a portion of the pulse energy was reflected back. The measurement of the time interval between the transmitted pulse and the reflected pulse determined the distance to the media.
