The MF5600 digital air gas mass flow meter are specifically designed to meet the needs of applications that require separation of display and body. For example, the hospital oxygen system small air separation system. The flow meter's standard industrial user interface (RS485 / 4 ~ 20mA) and user-defined alarm functions to achieve better remote or network monitoring. The existing product MF5612 and MF5619 can measure 0-300SLPM and 0-800SLPM gas flow respectively.
