The intelligent radar level gauge transmits and receives very short microwaves with very low power through the antenna system. Radar waves travel at the speed of light. The operating time can be converted into a level signal by means of electronic components. A special time extension method ensures stable and precise measurements in a very short period of time. Even in the presence of false reflections, the level echoes can be accurately analyzed by our microprocessor technology and software. By entering the container size, the overhead distance value can be converted into a signal proportional to the level. The instrument can be debugged in empty warehouse. Applications in solids measurement can use K-band high-frequency sensors. Due to the excellent focusing of the signal, neither installations in the silo nor adhesions on the silo walls will affect the measurement.
