Description MF4600 Air Carbon Dioxide Nitrogen Oxygen Argon Micro mass flow meter

 

MF4600 series mass flow meters are made with Siargo's proprietary MEMS sensing technology. 1t applies for clean and dry gas metering and control. The meter is designed with the structure of a rotameter but with the full capability of a digital gas mass flow metrology and LED display. Both instant and accumulated flowrate can be read and displayed. The front buttons let user to access and adjust the parameters as well as stored data. The standard RS485 Modbus enables the remote access and integration.

The MF4600 has a gas path structure similar to a rotameter, but the flowmeter has a clear and intuitive LED display that can display real-time flow and cumulative total.

The MF4600 outputs mass flow directly and does not require temperature and pressure compensation.

MF4600 has a button function, allowing users to adjust or query the parameters of the flowmeter on site, and has an RS485 network communication interface for remote control and system integration.

Install and use MF4600 Air Carbon Dioxide Nitrogen Oxygen Argon Micro mass flow meter


Please install and use the flowmeter in the following order:
1) Open the product box, the box should contain the following items:
a) One gas mass flow meter
b) One wiring SN5-50
c) A copy of the product manual
2) Confirm that the product has no mechanical damage;
3) Correctly connect the wiring of the product to the device in use according to the technical parameters and the definition of the output lead;
4) After confirming that the connection is correct, turn on the power;
5) The accuracy of the measured parameter values ​​will be higher after the power is turned on and warmed up for 15 minutes
