The YX Electric contact pressure gauge is primarily utilized in the automatic process industry for pressure control and alarming purposes. By generating signals when the measured pressure reaches the rated value, it facilitates automated control and alarm functions. This gauge is suitable for measuring the pressure of gases or liquids that are non-corrosive to copper and copper alloys. It features overvoltage protection and does not require oil filling, offering distinctive characteristics. The YX Electric contact pressure gauge consists of several components, including a measuring system, indicating devices, magnetic devices, shell, adjusting device, and junction boxes.

 

When the pressure being measured comes into contact with the spring tube, it causes elastic deformation and displacement at the end of the tube. This displacement is then transmitted and amplified by the pointing device, resulting in the corresponding indication on the dial.

The movement of the pointer triggers the electrical contact mechanism, which consists of movable contacts and setting pointer electric contact means. When the pointer reaches a certain position, it makes contact with the movable contact, thereby activating or deactivating the control circuit. This enables the gauge to achieve automatic control and alarm transmission.

 

The electrical contact pins in the contact device are equipped with adjustable permanent magnets. These magnets enhance the contact pressure and accelerate the contact action, ensuring reliable contact and preventing arc extinction. This design effectively prevents frequent contact disconnections caused by vibrations in the working environment or pressure pulsations in the measured medium. As a result, the gauge exhibits reliable performance, long lifespan, high contact switching power, and other advantages.
