Material selection: The meter body is usually made of aluminum alloy or cast iron. Aluminum alloy makes the flow meter small in size and light in weight, which is easy to install and carry; cast iron has good wear resistance and pressure resistance, and is suitable for harsh working conditions. The waist wheel is mostly made of aluminum alloy, which is precisely processed and balanced to ensure smooth operation. Bearings are generally made of hard alloy to withstand high-load operation and ensure long-term stable operation of the equipment.

Key components: The internal rotor is the core component. Its high-precision processing and good balance state ensure the accuracy and repeatability of the measurement.
