Circular Gear Flow Meter, also known as gas girdle flowmeter, is mainly used for continuous or intermittent measurement of liquid flow in the pipeline, high-precision measuring instruments. It has high precision, good reliability, light weight, long life, low noise, easy to install and use and so on.

1. Working principle of circular gear flowmeter
Structural composition:

It is mainly composed of a pair of elliptical gears, a metering chamber, a bearing and a counter.

The gears rotate alternately under fluid pressure to form a closed metering chamber.

Working process:

When the fluid enters the flowmeter, it drives the gears to rotate, and a fixed volume of fluid is discharged per revolution.

The rotation of the gears is transmitted to the counter through a magnetic coupling or mechanical transmission to display the accumulated flow.
