1. Working Principle
The liquid turbine flowmeter works based on the principle of turbine rotation:

When the fluid passes through the flowmeter, it drives the turbine blades to rotate, and its speed is proportional to the flow rate.

The rotation of the turbine is converted into an electrical pulse signal by a magnetoelectric induction or photoelectric sensor.

After the signal is processed by the amplifier, a pulse signal or a standard current signal (such as 4-20mA) with a frequency proportional to the flow rate is output, and the flow value is finally calculated.

2. Core Structure
Turbine rotor: made of lightweight materials (such as plastic, aluminum alloy), and the blades are precisely balanced.

Bearing system: supports the turbine and affects the life of the instrument (common materials: tungsten carbide, ceramic).

Magnetoelectric/photoelectric sensor: detects the turbine speed, non-contact design.

Signal converter: converts the pulse signal into a standard output.

Shell: usually stainless steel (such as 304/316), corrosion-resistant and pressure-resistant.
