Product Discription :

A mechanical rotor (turbine) is mounted on a free-running bearing and positioned in the flow path. The angular velocity of the rotor is proportional to the fluid velocity, which is itself proportional to the volumetric flow rate. The rotation is detected by a pickup sensor (inductive, magnetic, or RF), which generates a frequency signal (pulses) for each revolution.
