The JY Series Digital Piston Pressure Gauge (Dead Weight Tester) represents our newly developed product, engineered in full compliance with the latest national verification regulation for piston gauges (JJG59-2007). Key components of the piston system are constructed from tungsten carbide, a material selected for its exceptional hardness and low linear thermal expansion coefficient. This significantly enhances the wear resistance of the piston and ensures negligible deformation under pressure, resulting in highly stable performance.
The device utilizes dioctyl sebacate as the pressure-transmitting medium, which contributes to its superior measurement sensitivity. Through the integration of advanced materials, innovative technologies, and refined manufacturing processes, the technical specifications of this new piston gauge have been substantially improved. Consequently, it is ideally suited for the calibration and testing of a wide range of pressure instruments, including digital pressure gauges, precision pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, and pressure sensors.

The piston-cylinder system is precision-machined from tungsten carbide, delivering exceptional strength, rigidity, and minimal thermal expansion. This ensures stable performance across wide ambient temperature ranges, with optimal operation at 20±5°C.
Optimized Load Application
Features a low-center-of-gravity design where weights are directly applied through a cradle mechanism. This ensures smooth piston operation with minimal pressure fluctuation, resulting in highly accurate readings.
High-Pressure Performance
When measuring pressures exceeding 25 MPa, the system utilizes low-viscosity dioctyl sebacate as the pressure-transmitting medium, guaranteeing superior measurement sensitivity.
Non-Magnetic Construction
All precision weights are manufactured from non-magnetic stainless steel, eliminating magnetic interference and ensuring long-term stability.
Intelligent Position Monitoring
