The DK Series Piston Pressure Gauge is an upgraded version derived from our well-established YS and JJY series, featuring structural optimizations that deliver exceptional wear resistance and reliability.
With a maximum accuracy of 0.005% and a measuring range of up to 250 MPa, the DK series incorporates a modular design that enables different piston systems to be mounted on a single platform, offering both high performance and cost-effective operation.

Performance features
1. Both the piston and the piston cylinder are made of tungsten
carbide, a hard alloy with high strength, high hardness and low
temperature linear expansion coefficient, which are carefully ground.
The working environment temperature is wide and the performance is
stable 20±5℃.
2. The load center is low, and the weight is directly added to the
piston through the basket. The piston runs smoothly, the
pressure fluctuation is very small, and the indication is accurate.
3. The pressure medium above 25MPa is decadiisostearyl octano-
ate with very low viscosity, so as to ensure the high sensitivity of
the pressure gauge.
4. All the weights used in the pressure gauge are made of non-
magnetic stainless steel (0.02 grade).

The working position of the piston is monitored by a
displacement sensor, and the up and down stroke of the piston
is 0-3mm. The instrument display has the advantages of
sensitivity, visibility and accuracy.
6. The range is wide, and the basic error is ±0.02% or ±0.05% at
the lower limit of 1MPa
7. The pressure regulating is light and effortless, even at 100MPa
pressure.
Main Technical Parameters
The measurement range and measurement accuracy class are
shown in Table 1 under the condition of ambient temperature (20±
2) ℃ and temperature fluctuation not greater than 0.5
